The sounds of our voice

I always felt self-conscious about the sound of my voice.

At music class in my elementary school era, I always wanted to be a soprano.

No mezzo-soprano.

No alto.

I wanted to be a soprano which most of the time follow melody of a song.

Feminin.

Girly sounds...

But my voice was deep since I was young.

I was ashamed of my sounds of my voice.

And I couldn't be a soprano.

Because the music teacher choose who will be a soprano

every single time we have new song to practice.

I wasn't chosen.

So I didn't like my voice.

I sometimes still be called "sir" when I called in to get help from phone company or to deal with billing of any sort.

I'm understanding now and accepted that where your dislike of yourself of something, there has to be some reason why I choose this voice as a tool for my soul mission on this earth.

So I started to thinking why I have deep voice.

What that telling me?

There has to be some purpose.

And I am exploring about that.
